Assigning the Task List 

  1. Choose .

    2. By assigning an existing task list, you define the necessary operations for the maintenance item.

  2. Enter the following data:

    We have included all task lists and general task lists in this group that are required for pump maintenance.

  3. Choose .

    4. The Display Task Lists: List of Task Lists screen appears.

  4. Select the following task list:

  5. Choose .

    6. At the bottom of the screen, you see your task list.

  6. To display the task list, choose .

    7. The system displays the operation overview for this general task list.

  7. Choose .

    8. The Create Maintenance Plan: Strategy Plan screen appears.

  8. Choose the Maintenance Plan Cycle tab page.

    9. Three maintenance packages have been defined for strategy A.

  9. Choose .
  10. In the dialog box, select No, then choose .
  11. Make a note of the number of the maintenance plan.
  12. To return to the overview tree, choose .
